What is an OEM Zero Hour rebuild?

An OEM Zero Hour rebuild strips a machine or component to bare metal, replaces every wear item, and rebuilds it back to original manufacturer torque, clearance, and pressure specification. When it leaves our workshop it performs as new - not patched, restored.

Turnaround and cost depend on scope - a single component rebuild versus a full machine, and the condition of the core. Request an assessment or send a parts enquiry with the machine and part, and we will scope the work and quote price and turnaround against your unit's condition.

Can I keep my machine running while a component is rebuilt?

Accepted Answer

Where an exchange or reman unit is available you can fit a rebuilt float unit and return your core, keeping the machine in production while your original unit is processed. Send a parts enquiry to confirm availability and core-return terms.

How do you warrant a rebuild?

Accepted Answer

A 2000-hour warranty applies to all applicable rebuilt components. Every rebuilt engine is dyno-certified and every rebuilt assembly is bench- or function-tested and issued a certificate before it returns to service - so the warranty is backed by measured proof, not just a promise.

Can you work on-site at the mine?

Yes. We deploy skilled artisan teams and equipment to site, including on-site line boring, fabrication, and boilermaking, and we can integrate into your daily operations to cut downtime.

Yes. We carry out root cause failure analysis to identify why a component failed, not just what failed - metallurgical, wear, and oil analysis with a teardown report - so the same failure does not repeat and machine life is extended.
